The Grand Cinema

I started off working for The Grand as an event photographer, capturing memories of all the events during 2019's Tacoma Film Festival.

Then I became their graphic designer a couple months after that.

My time at The Grand has been one of vast change, from beginning as someone without a lot of professional experience to now feeling confident as a designer coming into my own.

Several new programs were created during my time at The Grand, the first of which was Reflections. A community-centered program that allows viewers to submit suggestions for diverse films to be shown at The Grand.

The Silver Screen Society was created to give a platform for more arthouse classics to be shown at the theater, while also lending an air of mystery to the whole program.
