2020 was my first year working for the film festival and accordingly my first time making an identity for such a large event. I spent all of January 2020 nervously preparing, and then COVID hit and everything changed.
Inspired by my time as a street photographer and the Galloping Gertie bridge, we put on an event that tried to give hope even as it felt like the world was ending ("Dancing on the Way Down"). I designed all of it and I'm proud of it.

2022 - Current
After creating the main poster and identity for the film festival my first two years, I moved onto helping build a world of assets from the centerpiece poster that a Tacoma artist creates. The trailer video below, for example, is built off of the poster that local artist Ryan Feddersen created for TFF in 2022. (Music by Wendell Ratliff)
